About

P&S Associates is an architecture and interior design studio rooted in the belief that spaces are not just built — they are experienced. Based in Ahmedabad, the studio works at the intersection of architecture, interiors, and human emotion, shaping environments that feel intuitive, balanced, and timeless.

Founded by architect Palna Shah and interior designer Sachi Shah, P&S Associates approaches every project as a dialogue — between function and feeling, material and light, structure and softness. The studio’s work is defined by clarity of planning, restraint in aesthetics, and a deep respect for how people live, move, and connect within spaces.

From private residences to commercial and hospitality projects, P&S Associates designs spaces that age gracefully — spaces that are calm, thoughtful, and quietly expressive, allowing the user to feel truly at home.

About Palna

Principal Architect & Co-Founder

“For me, architecture is about creating calm. When a space flows effortlessly and feels honest to its purpose, it begins to belong to the people who live in it.”

Palna Shah leads the architectural vision at P&S Associates with a focus on spatial clarity, proportion, and purpose. A graduate of CEPT University, she believes architecture should simplify life rather than complicate it. Her design process begins with understanding people — their routines, aspirations, and the subtle ways they occupy space.

Palna’s work is characterized by clean lines, strong planning, and an understated elegance that allows architecture to become a silent backdrop to everyday living. She values context, light, and structure, and strives to create spaces that feel grounded, functional, and enduring.

About Sachi

Principal Interior Designer & Co-Founder

“I design interiors the way people live — layered, evolving, and personal. A well-designed space should feel like it has always belonged to you.”

Sachi Shah brings a deeply intuitive and human-centric approach to interior design. A graduate of APIED, Vidhyanagar, she believes interiors should tell stories — stories of people, memories, and evolving lifestyles. Her strength lies in translating emotions into material, texture, and atmosphere.

Sachi’s designs are layered yet restrained, focusing on warmth, usability, and detail. She carefully curates spaces that feel personal without being overwhelming, ensuring that each interior reflects the client’s personality while maintaining a sense of balance and cohesion.
