Chokshi Residence is a contemporary apartment designed as an elegant urban residence with clearly defined living, lounge, entertainment, and private bedroom zones. The layout allows natural light to flow through the apartment, creating layered, dynamic spaces that transition seamlessly from calm everyday living to vibrant social settings.

The brief was to create a refined home that balanced modern sophistication with warmth and personality. The clients sought interiors that felt luxurious yet welcoming, with statement elements, customised lighting, and rich material detailing—while ensuring the space remained adaptable for both relaxation and entertaining.

The design unfolds through a curated interplay of brass inlays, treated marbles, reflective surfaces, and bespoke lighting that collectively establish the apartment’s character. Soft neutral palettes are punctuated with bold accents, plush furniture, and statement light fixtures that anchor the living areas. Each bedroom is given a distinct identity—ranging from calm, neutral sanctuaries to bold, textured compositions—while customised lighting units add glamour to the common spaces. The result is a home that balances understated luxury with expressive individuality, offering an elevated yet deeply comfortable living experience.
