Bottega is envisioned as a contemporary hospitality destination that brings together the diverse flavours of world cuisine within a refined and immersive spatial setting. Designed to feel timeless yet current, the space balances global culinary influences with understated luxury. The interiors are crafted to be inviting and elevated—encouraging guests to explore, linger, and connect through a seamless blend of food, ambience, and spatial experience.

The brief was to design a hospitality environment that reflects international sensibilities while remaining warm and approachable. The client sought a timeless aesthetic enriched with subtle luxury—one that could adapt effortlessly to different dining moods throughout the day and evening. The space needed to accommodate varied group sizes, integrate indoor and outdoor dining seamlessly, and maintain privacy and comfort without compromising openness or flow.

A strong emphasis was placed on ambience creation through materials, greenery, and lighting, ensuring that the restaurant feels immersive, elegant, and experiential rather than purely functional.

The final design delivers a layered and thoughtfully composed hospitality space accommodating approximately 110–125 guests. Distinct seating pockets are strategically planned to cater to different group sizes, while maintaining visual continuity across the restaurant. Indoor and outdoor dining areas are seamlessly integrated, allowing for fluid movement and a cohesive dining experience.

A curated palette of materials, textures, and finishes establishes a refined yet relaxed atmosphere. Lush greenery is woven throughout the interiors, introducing softness, freshness, and a subtle connection to nature that balances the architectural elements.

Mood lighting plays a defining role in shaping the experience—layered lighting strategies create depth, warmth, and drama across zones, enhancing the spatial narrative from day to night. The result is an elegant, immersive hospitality destination where global cuisine meets timeless design, offering guests an environment that is vibrant, calm, and enduring.
