Nosh is a bold and contemporary dining space designed to feel vibrant, playful, and visually immersive. The interiors are defined by plush pink seating, expansive glass windows overlooking greenery, and a dramatic umbrella-inspired ceiling installation that forms a glowing canopy above the dining area. At the center, a sculptural cherry blossom tree becomes a striking focal point, anchoring the layout. Adding to the visual dynamism are contrasting feature walls placed side by side—one adorned with lush leafy patterns and the other finished in bold black-and-white geometric graphics—creating a layered and energetic atmosphere.

The brief was to design a restaurant that felt iconic, lively, and memorable, where the interiors would become an integral part of the dining experience. The space needed strong visual focal points and a playful identity while remaining comfortable for diners. A key requirement was to introduce bold contrasts in color, pattern, and texture—through statement elements like the cherry blossom installation, the umbrella ceiling, and contrasting feature walls—to create a dynamic yet cohesive environment.

The result is a visually engaging restaurant where bold design elements come together to create a distinctive atmosphere. The central cherry blossom tree draws the eye and organizes the dining space, while the illuminated umbrella ceiling adds warmth and theatricality above. The juxtaposition of the leaf-patterned wall with the adjacent black-and-white geometric surface introduces striking visual contrast, giving the space depth and character.
