Anahat is a multi-format hospitality development envisioned as a vibrant social and dining destination. Spread across a 50,000 sq. ft. plot with a built-up area of 16,000 sq. ft., the project brings together diverse culinary and event-driven experiences within a single cohesive campus. Strategically located in one of Ahmedabad’s most upcoming areas, Anahat is designed to cater to everyday dining, celebrations, and large-scale gatherings alike.

Vintage Vibes and Nosh form the core dining experiences within the premises, each offering a distinct identity while contributing to the larger hospitality narrative of Anahat.

The brief was to create a commercially viable yet experientially rich hospitality hub that could house multiple restaurants, a banquet facility, and open-air dining—each with its own character, yet seamlessly connected. Efficient zoning, smooth circulation, and the ability to host varied guest capacities were key considerations.

The restaurants needed to feel accessible and engaging for daily visitors, while also supporting peak footfall during events. At the same time, outdoor spaces, lawns, and parking had to be planned to function independently when required, especially during large gatherings and celebrations.

The completed development houses three indoor restaurants, each spanning approximately 2,500 sq. ft. with a seating capacity of around 100 guests. These include Vintage Vibes Restaurant spread across the Ground and First Floors, and Nosh Restaurant located on the Ground Floor. Complementing these is the Anahat Banquet Hall on the First Floor, covering 3,500 sq. ft., and Drift Open Air Café on the Second Floor, also spread across 3,500 sq. ft.

The campus further includes a 13,000 sq. ft. landscaped lawn designed for weddings, social gatherings, and large events. The lawn features a separate entrance with a dedicated ramp, enabling independent access and smooth movement for event guests. Ample parking supports the overall functionality of the premises.

Together, Vintage Vibes and Nosh anchor Anahat as a dynamic hospitality destination—where dining, celebration, and community converge within a thoughtfully planned, urban-ready environment.
