Anahat is a large-scale commercial hospitality destination designed as a vibrant hub for dining, celebrations, and social gatherings. Spread across a 50,000 sq. ft. plot with a built-up area of 16,000 sq. ft., the project brings together multiple indoor and outdoor experiences within a single cohesive development. Located in one of Ahmedabad’s rapidly upcoming areas, the premises are planned to cater to both everyday dining and large-scale events.

The brief was to design a multi-functional hospitality complex that could seamlessly accommodate restaurants, banqueting, open-air dining, and outdoor events. Each zone needed its own identity while remaining connected to the overall character of the property. Efficient circulation, clear zoning, and accessibility—especially for events and gatherings—were key considerations, along with adequate parking and outdoor spill-out spaces.

The final development houses three restaurants—each spanning approximately 2,500 sq. ft. with a seating capacity of around 100 guests—along with a 3,500 sq. ft. banquet hall and a 3,500 sq. ft. open-air café. The venues within the premises include Vintage Vibes Restaurant (Ground Floor & First Floor), Nosh Restaurant (Ground Floor), Anahat Banquet Hall (First Floor), and Drift Open Air Café (Second Floor). Complementing the built spaces is a 13,000 sq. ft. lawn designed for weddings, celebrations, and large gatherings. The lawn features a separate entrance with a dedicated ramp, ensuring smooth access and independent event movement. Supported by ample parking and thoughtfully planned circulation, Anahat functions as a complete hospitality and event destination—versatile, accessible, and well-integrated within its urban context.
